Inactive Accounts

1. If player does not login for a continuous period of one (1) year since the last login, that account will be categorized as an inactive account shall be suspended accordingly. Player may request to lift the suspension by sending a request to our Customer Support Live Chat or email at [email protected]

2. If the account remains inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months since the last account login date, R-Live reserves the right to suspend the account with the remaining balance subject to forfeiture. All proceeds collected as a result of forfeiture shall be disposed in accordance with law. Account closure shall be undertaken thereafter.

3. Before closing the inactive account, R-Live shall use all reasonable means to contact the Player.
