How to withdraw through online banking?
- Log in to your account.
- Click "My Page" located in the upper right corner.
- Proceed to the "Withdraw" section.
- Choose your preferred mode of withdrawal, which is Online Banking.
- Choose Instapay for fast transfers with smaller amounts, and PESONet for slower transfers with larger amounts.
Fill up the indicated information needed.
- Select the desired withdrawal amount.
- All withdrawals will proceed under the review of R-Live's team.
- Withdrawal applications can be made starting from ₱100.
- The customer is responsible for any service charges or fees incurred by the Bank.
- R-Live processes withdrawals based on the information provided by the customer.
- Withdrawals can only be made to accounts in the customer's name.
R-Live is not responsible for any withdrawal accidents or other problems caused by incorrect information input/provided.
