Registration Process

Step 1 — Document VerificationCapture clear photos of the front and back of your valid ID. Make sure all details are visible and readable.

Step 2 — Biometric VerificationTake a selfie to verify your identity and confirm that you are a live person.

Step 3 — Complete Your Information Depending on your ID, you may only need to provide your Nature of Work and 

Source of Income.

IDs with Complete Information:

• Driver's License
• UMID
• National ID
• PhilHealth ID
• TIN ID
• Voter's ID

IDs Without Address Information:

• Passport
• PRC ID
• Alien ID

If your ID does not contain an address, you will also need to provide your Current Address and Permanent Address.

Step 4 — Review and ApprovalOnce you have completed the registration, our team will review your submitted information and documents.

The review usually takes a few minutes.

Your registration will then be either:
✓ Approved — Your registration is successfully completed.
✕ Rejected — Your registration could not be approved based on the information or documents submitted.
